Theo – Beths House is a ground-floor three-room apartment set within a residence surrounded by ancient olive trees, in Assenza di Brenzone sul Garda, just a short walk from the lake. From the moment you arrive, you feel a calm and balanced atmosphere, made of light, greenery and quiet, where the rhythm of your days naturally slows down.

The living area is simple and comfortable, designed to be lived in with ease: a sofa to relax on after a day outdoors, a table to share your time together, a space that supports your stay without ever feeling overwhelming. The fully equipped kitchen gives you the freedom to organise your day in your own way, from a slow breakfast to an easy evening back home.

Outside, the garden both in front of and behind the apartment becomes a natural extension of the indoor spaces. It is the place for outdoor breakfasts, lunches, aperitifs or simply to pause and relax. It also works perfectly for families, where everyone can find their own rhythm.

The apartment accommodates up to 5 guests, with one double bedroom and a second bedroom with three single beds. A practical and well-organised layout, ideal for families or small groups.

Washing machine, air conditioning and heating allow you to enjoy the apartment comfortably in every season.

The residence is surrounded by olive trees and features a shared swimming pool with a sunbathing area, perfect for relaxing moments between water and sunshine without needing to go far.

We are in Assenza, one of the sixteen small villages of Brenzone sul Garda: an authentic area made of olive groves, water and walking paths, where each village has its own identity and the lake is always part of the experience. Within a few minutes on foot, you can reach the beaches and the lakeside promenade, ideal for walks, sports or simply enjoying the view.

This is a place to experience without effort, between nature and everyday simplicity. A small corner of the world that, over time, stays in your heart.

INCLUDED AMENITIES AND SERVICES

To make your stay even more comfortable, in every Beth’s House apartment you will find: ironing board and iron, kitchen soap, dish detergent and dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent, shampoo, shower gel and body cream.
The kitchen is fully equipped with plates, glasses, mugs, espresso cups, pots and everything you need to cook. You will also find salt, oil, vinegar, some spices and coffee for the Nespresso machine. A small welcome kit is also included.
