Nest – Beth’s House is a bright second-floor apartment located in a residence surrounded by greenery and centuries-old olive trees. Here Lake Garda is a living presence: the light changes throughout the day, the water reflects different colors and the lake view accompanies every moment of your holiday.

The residence offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The seasonal swimming pool, set among the olive trees, is perfect for alternating active days on the lake with moments of relaxation under the sun.

The living area is welcoming and harmonious. The lounge and kitchen share a functional and bright space designed for spending quality time together. The double sofa bed provides flexibility, while the dining table is ideal for slow breakfasts or dinners after a day of trekking and lakeside walks.

The kitchen is fully equipped and organized to allow you to enjoy the home with simplicity and independence.

The sleeping area includes a small bedroom with two single beds, bright and functional, perfect for children, friends or guests who prefer separate sleeping arrangements.

The bathroom is complete and well organized, featuring a shower, WC and bidet, a practical space where you can refresh after excursions or days spent between the lake and the pool.

The terrace is the heart of the home. Spacious and livable, with table and seating, it is perfect for outdoor meals or simply enjoying the breathtaking lake view surrounded by olive trees. This is where you truly connect with the rhythm of the lake.

The apartment also includes Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, washing machine, dishwasher and private reserved parking.

We are in Assenza, one of the sixteen small hamlets of Brenzone sul Garda, only 200 meters from the lake, the ferry stop and the beautiful lakeside promenade. Several trekking paths start directly from the residence, allowing you to explore the surrounding territory among olive groves and trails leading towards Monte Baldo.

AMENITIES AND SERVICES INCLUDED
To make your stay even more comfortable, in every Beth’s House apartment you will find bed linen and towels, together with beach towels, so you can travel light and feel at ease from the very beginning.
The kitchen is fully equipped with plates, glasses, cups, cookware and everything you need to cook freely. You will also find salt, olive oil, vinegar, sugar and a selection of spices.
For your convenience, cleaning products are available, including kitchen soap, dish detergent and dishwasher tablets, washing machine detergent (where available), shampoo, shower gel and body cream, as well as an ironing board and iron.

Our apartments are located in Brenzone sul Garda, a territory made up of sixteen small hamlets between lake and mountains, where time seems to flow at a slower pace. Here you can experience Lake Garda at 360°, between the lakeside promenade, olive groves and scenic trails leading up to Monte Baldo.
Within a short distance you can walk, cycle, enjoy water sports or choose to explore the lake by water: ferries and boats connect the different shores, allowing you to easily reach both north and south simply by crossing the lake.

HOW TO GET HERE
Beth’s House is located in Brenzone sul Garda, in a strategic position between lake and mountains. Malcesine is about 3 km away, Riva del Garda 25 km, Verona 50 km and Trento 65 km. The nearest airport is Verona Villafranca, approximately 50 km away. The main railway stations are Verona Porta Nuova (57 km) and Peschiera del Garda (37 km). The bus stop is about 300 meters from the property, with connections available all year round and increased frequency during the summer season. In summer, a local tourist bus also connects Brenzone and Malcesine. It is also possible to travel by lake thanks to the public ferries available at www.navigazionelaghi.it
