Le Vele – Beth’s House is a welcoming one-bedroom apartment located on the top floor of a residence with a swimming pool in Assenza di Brenzone sul Garda, one of the sixteen charming villages that stretch between the waters of Lake Garda and the slopes of Monte Baldo.

The apartment enjoys an ideal location to experience the lake in complete tranquillity. In just a few minutes on foot, following a pleasant pedestrian path, you can reach the lakeside promenade, beaches, harbour, restaurants, pizzerias, supermarket and bus stops. From here, it is easy to explore the area even without a car, thanks to the tourist bus connecting the villages of Brenzone and Malcesine and the beautiful cycling and walking path that runs along the lake.

The apartment welcomes you with bright and functional spaces. The bedroom offers a comfortable double bed, while the living room features a sofa that easily converts into an additional bed, allowing the apartment to accommodate up to four guests.

The living area includes a cosy dining space and a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed to cook independently. The bathroom is complete with shower, toilet, bidet, sink and washing machine.

The apartment offers Wi-Fi, heating and comfortable fans that make the stay pleasant even during the warmest days. Thanks to its top-floor position and the gentle evening breeze descending from the mountains, summer nights are naturally cool and enjoyable.

The heart of the apartment is the large, fully furnished lake-view terrace. It features an outdoor dining table and sun loungers, making it the perfect place for breakfast with a view, an aperitif at sunset or simply relaxing while admiring the changing colours of the lake.

The apartment takes its name from what you can see from the terrace: the colourful sails of windsurfers and kitesurfers moving across the water, together with the beautiful sailing boats that are so characteristic of this part of Lake Garda. A constantly changing panorama that captures the lively and authentic soul of the Upper Lake Garda.

The residence itself is surrounded by greenery, olive trees and beautifully maintained gardens and also offers a pleasant shared swimming pool where you can relax on warm summer days.

AMENITIES AND INCLUDED SERVICES

To make your stay even more comfortable, every Beth’s House apartment includes: ironing board and iron, kitchen soap, dishwashing detergent and dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent, shampoo, shower gel and body lotion.

The kitchen is fully equipped with plates, glasses, cups, cookware and everything needed for cooking. You will also find salt, olive oil, vinegar, selected spices and coffee for the Nespresso machine. A small welcome kit is included as well.

Depending on your arrival time, we will organise either a personal welcome or provide you with all the instructions for self check-in. We are always available should you need any assistance and will be happy to welcome you personally whenever possible.
